What we have agreed

AI sizing tool that learns from fit feedback

Aug 23, 2026

The sizing tool uses AI on every recommendation rather than a fixed size chart lookup.

It asks for height, weight, build and a few short questions, then recommends a size. No tape measure needed.

It gets better with use. After each order we record whether the fit was right. A suit that fits is marked correct, and returns or alteration requests count as signal too. Every two weeks the AI reviews what it learned and updates its own sizing rules, so recommendations improve as you sell.

It stays a recommendation aid, not a guarantee of fit. The final choice is always the customer's.

Alterations limited to pant length

Aug 23, 2026

Alterations cover pant length only. The customer picks an inseam and it is added to the cart as a priced line item.

Commercials agreed at $12,500

Aug 23, 2026

Proposal PNK-2026-0088 accepted as written. Payment is 40/30/30: $5,000 on signing, $3,750 at midpoint, $3,750 on final delivery.

No stock transfers between stores in v1

Aug 22, 2026

Stock is shared and visible across Dallas, Houston and the website. Moving stock between the two stores stays a manual process in version one.

Blog and lookbook deferred

Aug 22, 2026

The blog and lookbook will be scoped later in the project. They sit on top of the finished platform, so they do not hold anything else up.

Wedding groups: members pay for themselves

Aug 22, 2026

Each member of a wedding party pays for their own outfit. The organiser can also choose to pay for one or more named members.

In-store payments on the client's own POS

Aug 22, 2026

Your stores keep using their existing card terminals. Staff open an order in the dashboard and mark it paid, recording the method and reference.

Two things to note. Sales tax on in-store sales is entered by staff rather than calculated automatically. In-store refunds are issued on your own terminal, while the system records the refund and puts the stock back.

Rental units pooled by size

Aug 22, 2026

Rental availability is tracked as a quantity per size at each store. The system knows how many 42R are free in Dallas on a given date, including units still in cleaning after a return.

Still to be confirmed at kickoff.

Custom build, not Shopify

Aug 19, 2026

Your platform is built from scratch rather than on Shopify, so you control the payment flow and own the data. No platform lock-in and no per-transaction platform fee.

Meeting notes

Discovery call

Aug 19, 2026

We agreed the direction for the new platform. A custom build rather than Shopify, so you keep control of payments and of your data.

Scope discussed: a storefront with wedding group ordering and a sizing tool, a suit rental system, and a fulfilment dashboard that brings online and in-store orders into one queue across both Texas stores.

Split of work: you provide logos, product images and brand guidelines, and handle the product catalog upload. We handle the initial SEO.

Timeline: estimated at two to three months.
